We’re a small, remote team that prioritizes meaningful work, keeping bureaucracy low, and collaborating flexibly to get things done. This is a great opportunity to join our small organization at a pivotal time.

We’re currently hiring for the following roles:

• Operations Specialist: In this role,  you will own diverse projects, such as upgrading our 1:1 advising systems and streamlining content production. This role spans technical system-building, administrative work, editorial support, and communications—handling both strategic infrastructure projects and essential day-to-day operations as we scale. Ability to work with technical tools like Claude, Airtable, and Zapier is essential.
• Marketer / Head of Growth: In this role, you will work on a range of projects, like running digital marketing campaigns, setting up A/B tests on our website, and helping with outreach to relevant groups. This is an exciting hands-on role, where you’ll have significant autonomy to get things done, combining marketing, technical, and editorial work. It’s also a fairly unique opportunity to work on marketing and growth in an impact-focused context.
