Scaling our one-on-one career advising
By Probably Good @ 2025-11-18T16:20 (+35)
Earlier this year, we announced that we’re relaunching our one-on-one career advising program. We’re happy to share that we’ve since roughly doubled our advising capacity, and are excited to speak to even more people across cause areas and career stages. We’re also developing our adjacent programs, like our career impact workshops for groups.
What this means for you in practice:
- If you think you might benefit from advising, please apply.
- If you think that someone you know might benefit from applying, please let them know.
- If you think that a group you’re involved in might be interested in a workshop, please get in touch.
- If you think that a group you’re involved in (including something like a fellowship, bootcamp, course, or something else) might want to set up some other sort of collaboration with our advising team, please get in touch.
If you have any other questions, comments, suggestions, or requests, please get in touch to let us know!

Excited to hear this! I found Probably Good’s career advising to be uniquely thorough and tailored, which I really appreciated. I felt like there was a real effort on the part of my advisor to understand my values and priorities, and to meet me where I am.
And the resources that the advisor followed up with were fantastic, and highly tailored to me.
Thanks for this service, and I’m glad more people will have access to it in future!
