Global catastrophic biological risks pose one of the most pressing threats to humanity's future, making biosecurity a critical field in need of diverse talent. From biologists and material scientists to policy experts, operations managers, and beyond, there’s a wide range of roles for people with various backgrounds and skill sets.

• Mapping out career paths in biosecurity, including non-traditional options.
• Finding opportunities with organizations (including for-profits!) outside the usual EA ecosystem that tackle critical biosecurity issues.
• Building connections with professionals across the biosecurity landscape.
• Identifying promising project areas for aspiring entrepreneurs in the space.
