Hi, I’m Uladzislau. I aim to apply my time and generalist's skills to expand the opportunities, tools, and motivation available to people working across the AI safety ecosystem, or finding their way into it — to increase chances of wellbeing for sentient beings in the age of AI.

I’m currently co‑launching GenerAISts, a project aiming to build an intervention for the generalist and outside-world talent gap in AI safety (e.g. operations, org-building, research management). 
 

Before this, I spent 10+ years building evidence‑driven operations and helping small businesses grow into international companies during crises — spotting bottlenecks, owning solutions, and setting up durable functions in finance, project management, marketing, and more.
