Unsolved problems, inefficient systems, and inequitable models are some of the themes that fire me up.  

Over the past 20+ years, my experiences with GE/Genpact (a GE spinoff), Positive Planet US, Aadhaar, and the Centre for Civil Society have offered me the opportunity to learn, grow and work in areas that I'm passionate about.  

They have helped me build/strengthen expertise in leading organization transformation, talent management, strategy, and capability development;  this has also helped me build an ecosystem-view of the problems we seek to solve, design scalable models for growth, and enable high-performance teams.
