Muloongo Stella Mwanahamuntu

I am currently working at The Presidential Delivery Unit as a Delivery Analyst, supporting the translation of President Hakainde Hichilema's priorities into measurable outcomes for Zambian citizens.

My work is focused on the goal of connecting 80% (currently 33%) of Zambian citizens to affordable mobile broadband internet enabling 20% to participate in the digital economy. My work executing policies inside complex institutions, change management, cross-government coordination, and evidence-led decision-making. 

My background spans mathematics, product design, software engineering and research with experience across FMCG, Health and Agriculture. I am particularly interested in how systems, incentives, and data shapes real-world results beyond policy and strategy.
