Christopher Hunt Robertson, M.Ed.

Christopher Hunt Robertson, M.Ed., of Toledo, OH, and Charlotte, NC, is a historical biographer who has explored the leadership of past American innovators in over 35 states - as well as responsible leadership today.  His focus spans diverse fields, including education, government, transportation, banking, medicine, the military, the arts, and hospitality.  Recently, he's focused on the interdisciplinary leadership urgently needed to address values-based A.I. alignment, stating: "Age-old ethics must serve as the bedrock of our high-tech future."

He has received nine historical book awards for his thorough research and engaging narrative style, and he’s provided community education through academic, museum, and televised presentations.

He studied Adult Education at George Mason University.  Public service included administrative roles at the Northern Virginia Community College and the University of Maryland Global Campus, followed by work as a disability services advisor with the Pennsylvania Civil Service.  Today, Chris continues to chronicle the lives of overlooked local, state, and regional leaders – their personal initiative, collaboration, and determination – observing: “Societal and cultural progress was often led by accomplished individuals who have since faded from public memory.  By recovering and presenting their lost stories, we can inform and inspire future generations.”

He is currently preparing his next book, "Enduring Light: 1893 World's Fair Social and Cultural Luminaries Who Improved Their Home Communities."

His books may be found at various university, state, and local libraries, as well as the Library of Congress.
