Allen Lu 🔶

Hi, I'm Allen! I’m an engineer, creative technologist, and animal advocate currently living in New York City. I’m deeply engaged in the worlds of effective altruism, AI safety, and animal welfare, and currently work as an Associate at Electric Sheep where I facilitate the Futurekind AI fellowship. I’ve collaborated with organizations like Sentient Futures, Open paws, and Bluedot in various capacities, either facilitating fellowships in AIxAnimals, helping organize hackathons, or (soon-to-be) taking part in accelerator programs. In 2026, I’ll be mentoring in the SF Project Incubator and the SPAR fellowship.
