Projects tackling nuclear risk?

The Precipice sets out a number of longtermist policy ideas. These include:

Restart the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF).
Renew the New START arms control treaty, due to expire in February 2021.
Take US ICBMs off hair-trigger alert (officially called Launch on Warning).

Does anyone know of projects working on this? Preferably ones which could use a modest donation (e.g. low 5-figure sum) to work on this sort of thing.

I don't know much about them but I believe the British American Security Information Council (BASIC) support these policies in the UK (INF, hair-trigger).
