In this workshop, Habiba Islam gives a run-down of the essentials of project management. The workshop covers the responsibilities of project managers, as well as standard tools and methodologies that can be used for large projects or scaled down for smaller projects. This video will be particularly useful for people interested in operations roles.

Clarification: The definition of the critical path of a project is the longest sequence of activities in a project plan which must be completed to complete a project. Calculating this gives you an understanding of the minimum amount of time a project has to take.
In the future, we plan to post a transcript for this EAGXVirtual 2020 talk, but we haven't created one yet. If you'd like to create a transcript for this talk, contact Aaron Gertler — he can help you get started.

The workshop seems to cover all the essentials that can be applied to projects of varying sizes. It's fantastic that Habiba emphasizes both large-scale projects and smaller ones, making the content accessible to a wide range of individuals.
As someone who enjoys exploring different aspects of project management, I can't wait to gain some insights and perhaps even discover a new perspective on the subject.
BTW, if you're interested in visual aids for project management, you might want to check out the project management mindmap. It can be an excellent tool for organizing thoughts, tasks, and processes in a visually appealing way.
