Overcome is offering six free coaching sessions focused on helping you build a new habit that helps you become more impactful.

The Programme

Each session is designed to provide structure and accountability so that you can make tangible progress on your chosen goal. You might choose anything from starting to exercise regularly or a new diet, to promoting self-care to prevent burnout.

Our coaches are volunteers who are typically psychology graduates, trained by us to help you design and stick to a concrete action plan.

Why We’re Doing This

We’ve recently recruited more coaches, and our marketing hasn’t quite caught up with our capacity. Historically, our pilot coaching programmes perform exceptionally well among EAs and other high-impact individuals, evidenced by 70% retention (comparable to professional coaches/therapists) and consistently strong feedback.
