GiveWell Hiring: Operations Round
By GiveWell @ 2026-08-04T13:41 (+7)
We're hiring across GiveWell's Operations team—with openings in Grants Administration, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Technology, AI Enablement, and Executive Support. It's a single application, and you can indicate interest in more than one role.
In the last 18 months, GiveWell has grown faster than even our most ambitious projections, and we expect that growth to continue. Our Operations scaffolding needs to scale as well to support GiveWell today, and to build a resilient, adaptable foundation for the future. We have a particular need for early- to mid-career staff across most Operations functions, and we're excited to hear from a broad pool of applicants—both Ops generalists and subject matter specialists—who can bring their experience, skills, and passion to support and improve the way that GiveWell operates.

Process: Apply (no cover letter needed) → a 120-minute work trial assessing how you reason through a complex task → an initial screen with our Talent Acquisition team. From there, each role has two to three additional stages—a mix of interviews and work trials—followed by reference checks. We'll tell you which track you're on after the first couple of stages.
