EA Organisations: If you created a sequence about your approach to doing good, what would you write?

I've recently started interning with Charity Entrepreneurship have been reading some key articles that I found really useful to understanding the organisation better and to actually do the work I've been doing better, such as:

I'd be curious if other EA organisations have some "must-read" articles that encapsulate the organisation's approach to doing good - the high level strategy, assumptions about welfare or suffering, perspective on the future, theory of change or anything else.

I'm not from Open Philanthropy but I think their writeup on "Hits-Based Giving" is a must-read article to understand their strategy. I think it's also useful for those interested in improving how they decide which charities or projects to donate to or make grants to.

I've heard of the term before, but I only recently found out about and read this writeup. Reading through the writeup helped me understand and be able to explain it better.
