Just wanted to let you know that one of the best educational channels released a really interesting video shedding light on one of the worst animal welfare issues in the world.^[1]

And I hope this brings more support to Screwworm Free Future, a new non-profit tackling this (slightly less neglected but still) super urgent cause.

   MIT biologist Kevin Esvelt made the case here that "it is more important for animal wellbeing that we eradicate the New World screwworm from the wild than it is that we end factory farming tomorrow."
