How to compare the magnitude of infinite problems?

I think problems of infinite magnitude may exist. For instance, if the universe is infinite, a solvable evil could affect an infinite amount of people. That is an infinite problem to solve. If there are many of them, how to compare them, in terms of scale? For answering that question I have considered using different factors:

However, I don't know how to apply these factors, nor how much weigh to put on each of them. Any idea, insight, resource on cause prioritization of infinite problems?

Thanks for reading.
