Funding for HS Olympiad participation?

Does anyone have any leads/connections/ideas for places to find funding for some EA students to travel and compete in the International Physics Olympiad? I don't think its a good fit for any EA funds, and don't have a great handle on how important/useful these types of things are for people in terms of career capital/university applications etc
