CGP Grey's animation of The Fable of the Dragon-Tyrant is probably the most moving piece of EA content I know of, by some margin.[1]
I'm linkposting it because (1) I've been surprised by the number of people who haven't seen it, and (2) I think it could be really cool if we had more content like this.
I'd also appreciate any comments linking to moving EA content I might have missed!
At least, if you account for length. I found this fiction more moving, but it's over 1.5 million words, so not really a fair comparison :) ↩︎

Engaging and moving EA content:
- Letter from Utopia
- Replacing Guilt series, especially Not Yet Gods
- The Precipice
- Against neutrality about creating happy lives. Save this for a rainy day. It's the most life affirming piece ever.

CGP Grey is great! I'm also a fan of exurb1a's channel, they have many videos with EA-adjacent themes. This one sticks out to me as moving EA content: https://youtu.be/n__42UNIhvU

I find exurb1a a bit too nihilistic.. the creator has also been accused of highly abusive behavior, so I feel iffy about the channel. (Sorry, no time to search the link for you)

I hadn't come across this fable before, but found it really interesting. I thought it nicely introduced several of EA's common topics about choosing how to do the most good and convincing others about issues worthy of prioritizing. Thanks for sharing!
