Looking for resources / orgs within some neglected areas

I'm looking for the most influential advocacy organizations and best resources in the following areas that are (at least somewhat) neglected by lots of EAs:
 

• Equitable Taxation: Effective advocacy for a global tax system where big corporations and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals contribute a substantial larger share.
• Democracy Advocacy: Upholding the tenets of liberal democracy in the West and nurturing it in regions where it's nascent or at risk.
• Governance in LMICs: Elevating governance standards, with a focus on local tax reforms, natural resource stewardship, and effective anti-corruption measures
• Empowering LMIC Talents: Championing the cause of talents from Lower and Middle Income Countries to make impactful contributions to their homeland.

If you've come across any influential international organizations (not necessarily effective according to EA standards), enlightening books, articles, documentaries, or podcasts related to these subjects, please drop your recommendations below.
