Collider NYC is hiring a Program Manager

By Tatiana K. Nesic Skuratova, Job opportunity @ 2026-08-14T10:47 (+3)

TLDR: Collider is hiring a Program Manager in New York to design and run AI safety field building programs such as fellowships, workshops, conferences, and training cohorts. You'd own programs end-to-end (budget, partners, mentors, metrics) and work with orgs like MATS, ARENA, and BlueDot. Apply by August 23, 2026 (rolling review, so earlier is better).

About the role

Collider is hiring a Program Manager to design, run, and scale programs that grow the talent pipeline and infrastructure for AI safety in New York. You'll own programs end-to-end — from concept to launch to iteration — working closely with researchers, practitioners, educators, funders, and partner organizations across the field.

You'll be a strong fit if you've run cohort programs, fellowships, conferences, or training initiatives before, and you understand the AI safety ecosystem well enough to make smart calls about who to partner with, what kinds of programs are most needed, and how to tell whether they're actually working.
