Announcing the Jewish Social Impact Careers Fellowship

Applications are now open for the Jewish Social Impact Careers Fellowship through August 9!

This is a free 8-week online program for Jews seriously considering how they can do the most good with their careers, run by the Jewish Social Impact Network (JSI, formerly EA for Jews). If you know someone who'd be a good fit, please spread the word!

What it is

A virtual program where a small cohort of fellows and a facilitator meet once a week to discuss readings, go through career-development activities, and resolve uncertainties together. During sessions and roughly two hours of independent reading and exercises in between, fellows work through Jewish sources on obligation and priority alongside effectiveness-oriented frameworks. By applying these ideas to their own upcoming career decisions in a structured, supportive environment, fellows will leave with concrete next steps and the confidence to pursue them.

Questions the cohort works through

Who it's for

The program is best suited to people approaching a specific career decision, and we will prioritize applicants who demonstrate that they're at high-leverage points on their paths. That said, it is open to people at any career stage, including undergraduates. Any and all Jewish backgrounds are welcome. No denominational affiliation required, and no prior engagement with EA. The only requirements are commitment to taking the core questions seriously and willingness to commit to sessions and prep work.
