Does anyone know about an EA group leader retreat this summer?

I received some emails a few months ago about something like a retreat being hosted in the Bay Area this summer for group leaders/organizers for effective altruism, as well as LessWrong/rationality and Astral Codex Ten meetups as well. I can't find a record of that in my email inbox now, so I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can find info about that or if it's happening? Is this still a chance to apply to attend?
