Could you lead a lead elimination program? LEEP is hiring!

 LEEP is looking to hire Program Managers and Senior Managers in multiple time zones! We’ve launched 11 new paint programs this year, taking us to a total of 31 around the globe. This hiring round will set us up for a similar step-up again next year. Here’s a little bit more info about the positions: 

We’re looking for several Program Managers to work with governments and industry to eliminate lead paint in Africa, Latin America, South Asia and Southeast Asia - as with all our roles, these are remote positions. Some of these roles have required and/or preferred languages, listed below:

• Program Manager (PM)
  • Full business proficiency in English (no other language requirements)
  • Experience working/living in low- and middle-income countries is beneficial.
• Program Manager (PM) in French-speaking African countries
  • Full business proficiency in English & French
  • Experience working/living in Francophone African countries beneficial, particularly Ivory Coast, Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal or Mali
• PM in Portuguese-speaking African countries
  • Full business proficiency in English & Portuguese
  • Experience working/living in Lusophone African countries beneficial, particularly Angola or Mozambique
• PM in North African countries
  • Full business proficiency in English & French; Arabic strongly preferred
  • Experience working/living in North African countries beneficial, particularly Algeria or Morocco
• PM in Latin American countries
  • Full business proficiency in English & Spanish
  • Experience working/living in Latin American countries beneficial, particularly Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala or Ecuador
• PM in South Asian countries
  • Full business proficiency in English; Nepali or Bengali preferred
  • Experience working/living in South Asian countries beneficial, particularly Nepal or Bangladesh
• PM in Southeast Asian countries
  • Full business proficiency in English; Malay or Thai preferred
  • Experience working/living in Southeast Asian countries beneficial, particularly Thailand or Malaysia

The Senior Managers will lead a team and therefore oversee numerous programs. We’re looking for candidates with exceptional strategic insight and people skills, with experience of line management and stakeholder management.

• Full business proficiency in English.

And last but definitely not least, the Program Manager (Industry) will design and execute LEEP's system to engage with paint manufacturers worldwide. Experience in sales, business development, or relationship management would be helpful, although not necessary.
