We’re hiring a Senior Technology Specialist to power our high-impact research through exceptional tech support and systems management. 

In this role, you will: 

• Provide technical systems administration for Google Workspace, project management tools, and enterprise SaaS platforms
• Deliver proactive, personalized technical support and training to team members to support their onboarding
• Own hardware provisioning and management
• Lead technology projects that improve organizational efficiency, security, and productivity 

We're looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in technology support, systems administration, or IT operations. 

Details:

• Remote-friendly (US only)
• $130,200 (NYC / SF Bay Area) | $118,110 (all other US locations)
• Fully funded health coverage, 4 weeks PTO, 16 weeks parental leave, stipends for wellness and professional development
