We plan to expand this in the future – with more data, and more text to present it – but in the meantime, you can explore the following charts:
- Annual budget of NASA
- Annual number of human visits to space
- Cumulative number of human visits to space
- Annual number of objects launched into outer space

- Cumulative number of people who have been to space
- Largest confirmed impact craters on Earth by diameter
- Near-Earth asteroids discovered over time

Very cool to see! I'd also be interested in the number of belligerent acts in space (deployed military satellites with offensive capabilities, anti-satellite weapon tests etc.), if such numbers aren't too small or too hard to come by.
