What are the most tractable FAW interventions?

We prioritise a range of FAWs, but I would argue many of these are cost effective in expectation because the number of beings who could benefit from (even a low probability) success is high.

My question is something like:

"Based on observation of what we've tried, which FAW interventions do we know have the highest likelihood of succeeding?".
