TL;DR: EA for Jews is hiring a new Managing Director and potentially a Community Manager and Program Manager as well. Apply here by July 1st.

Overview

In only a few years since its founding, EA for Jews has rapidly built momentum — running successful programs like intro fellowships, community events, and partnerships with Jewish institutions. With our founding Managing Director departing to pursue law school, we are now hiring for this key leadership role to guide EA for Jews through its next phase of growth.

If we find a candidate who prefers the Managing Director role on a part-time rather than full-time basis, we will also hire for part-time positions in program and community management.

While we describe the responsibilities and outlines of each role below, we expect the candidate's unique interests, strengths, and vision to have a major influence in defining the precise scope and priorities of the role itself. We are eager to explore your ideas for how EA for Jews can maximize its impact and look forward to discussing with you if you’re interested -- simply fill out this quick initial application and we will be in touch!

Application Details

For all roles, apply here by July 1st.

We will follow a multi-stage process involving skills assessments, interviews, and work tests. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at Shalom@EAforJews.org.
