What's the best Security Studies Master's program?

80,000 Hours recommends a Master's in Security Studies as one entry point towards a US-oriented AI policy career.

Does anyone have opinions on the best Security Studies Master's, where "best" is some combination of:

Update: since posting, I've heard that Georgetown's program is the best (a little cheaper than equally prestigious programs, more schedule flexibility).
