Operations training strengthens both organizations and the individuals who lead them, building the skills, systems, and discipline needed for sustainable, high-performing nonprofits. We're excited to introduce our spring programs - registration is officially open.

Growth Readiness Improvement Program (GRIP)

GRIP is a diagnostic and improvement program designed to help nonprofits assess their operational readiness and measurably strengthen it. Using WorkStream’s 10 Indicators of Growth Readiness, the program identifies structural gaps while actively addressing them through guided, practical improvements.

GRIP is highly metrics-driven. Participants begin with a clear baseline assessment and track measurable increases in growth readiness throughout the program. Rather than receiving a static score, organizations see tangible improvement across key indicators as systems are strengthened and priorities are implemented.

Participants leave GRIP with a prioritized action plan, reinforced operational systems, and demonstrable progress toward sustainable, confident growth.

Applications close January 26. We will select 20 organizations for this cohort. There is no charge to enroll in this program.

Nonprofit Operations Accelerator Program

Now entering its fourth iteration, the Operations Accelerator Program is a transformative 6-month journey[1] designed for nonprofit leaders ready to turn operational excellence into mission excellence.

Now in its fourth iteration, this program brings together 6 organizations in a collaborative learning environment that combines expert guidance with peer support. I'm a strong believer that the most effective learning happens through action, which is why every session translates knowledge into implementable systems that immediately benefit your organization.
