Request: shadowing interview processes for red-teaming and policy research roles

The ideas and research here are mine. I used AI (Claude) to help with clarity and grammar. I'm bummed it's credited to AI so much, but nevertheless! I need to get my point across:
I'm Taylor, and I'm working on an independent integrity research and evaluation project for AI Safety. I've drafted two evaluation frameworks, one for red-teamers and the other for policy researchers, that draw on a wide range of research across ethics, moral psychology, philosophy, and economics to scrutinize specific failure patterns that recur most often in high-stakes decision-making. The goal is to eventually create a program that makes a maximum effort, taking the time most HR teams and consulting firms don't have, alongside continuous research, to help ensure individuals who make critical decisions have supporting evidence that they are unlikely to fail before they're hired.
I've reached the limit of what I can from the outside, at least for this phase of the project. One concern with my own work is that it may be too easy to game for anyone fluent in EA norms like reasoning transparency. The only way I'll know is to see real interviews.
What I'm asking for -
Any of these would help, at whatever level of access you're comfortable with:
• Sitting in silently on an interview for a red-teaming or policy research role, with the candidate's consent
• Reviewing your interview questions, work tests, or scoring rubric
• A 30-minute conversation with whoever designs or runs hiring for these roles
What I won't do
I won't score, evaluate, or report on any candidate. Nothing I observe will be published in a way that identifies an organization or a person. I'm happy to sign an NDA.
What you get back
If it's useful, I'll send you a short written summary of what I noticed, including what your process catches well and where I think there could be gaps. There's no product or pitch attached.
About me: I have 5+ years in operations and finance, including overseeing hiring/ops/finance as a startup grew from 2 to about 15 people and working as a Senior EA at a large M&A firm.
